User Agreement

This User Agreement defines the terms of use of the platform for individuals who register as sellers with their products on the atasuai platform (offline store owners, manufacturers, bloggers, and influencers) and carry out the placement and sale of goods, as well as the general principles of legal relations between atasuai and the seller.

.  General rules

This Agreement establishes the terms for accessing and using the atasuai platform as a seller. The seller confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement by registering on the platform, publishing goods, accepting orders, or continuing to use the platform.

atasuai is not the owner of the goods within the framework of the transaction between the seller and the buyer and does not act on behalf of the seller unless otherwise directly indicated in a specific case. The platform acts as an informational-technological and organizational intermediary.

.  Terms of Use for the Platform

The seller is entitled to place only goods that belong to them or are used on a legal basis on the atasuai platform.

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information published on the platform (product description, price, photos, and other details).

atasuai reserves the right to change, supplement, or temporarily restrict the functionality, services, interface, and service procedures of the platform without prior notice.

.  Limitations of the platform's operation

atasuai does not provide an absolute guarantee for the platform to operate continuously, without errors, or without interruptions. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, updates, or actions of third parties.

The responsibility for the content and legality of the information published by the seller on the platform lies with the seller themselves. atasuai may not pre-check the content of such information.

.  Final Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Payments, monetary settlements, refunds, delivery, dispute resolution, and personal data processing procedures are individually regulated by the relevant policies and rules published on the atasuai platform and are an integral part of this Agreement.

atasuai is entitled to unilaterally amend or supplement this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the platform, and the seller is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
