All individuals using the platform (users, sellers, resellers, and couriers) are obliged to comply with the applicable legislation, as well as the rules, policies, and terms published on the platform while using the atasuai platform.

atasuai is entitled to check, monitor, and take appropriate measures when necessary to prevent illegal activities, fraud, misinformation, or violations of platform rules.

If the actions of a user, seller, reseller, or courier contradict the legal requirements or the rules of the atasuai platform, the platform is entitled to restrict such actions, impose temporary or permanent restrictions on the account, or terminate the service.

In case of changes in legal requirements or regulatory norms, the atasuai platform is entitled to adjust its services and internal rules in accordance with the relevant changes.
