This Agreement sets the terms for accessing and using the atasuai platform. The user confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement by registering on the platform, viewing products, placing orders, or continuing to use the platform.

atasuai is not the seller of the products listed on the platform, unless otherwise directly indicated in a specific case. The platform acts as an informational-technological intermediary within the framework of the transaction between the user and the seller.

The user is obliged to use the atasuai platform for purposes that do not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The user is responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information provided during registration on the platform and the use of services.

atasuai reserves the right to change, supplement, or temporarily restrict the functionality, interface, services, and service procedures of the platform without prior notice.

atasuai does not provide an absolute guarantee of the platform's continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, updates, or actions of third parties.

The information, product descriptions, and other materials posted on the platform are provided by sellers, and atasuai does not guarantee their complete accuracy unless otherwise stipulated by law.

The order on the Platform is placed as follows:
4.1. The User registers on the Platform, providing accurate
contact information.
4.2. The User independently selects a Product on the Platform and adds it to
the cart.
4.3. When placing the Order, the User specifies the delivery address, contact details, and
chooses the payment method.
4.4. After placing the Order, the User receives confirmation via email
or in their personal account.

4.5. The Platform forwards the Order information to the Seller for processing.
