This Agreement establishes the terms for accessing and using the atasuai platform as a courier. By registering on the platform, accepting orders, or performing delivery services, the courier confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

atasuai acts as an informational-technological intermediary in the legal relationships between the courier and third parties (sellers, users) and is not an organizer or employer of the courier's independent professional activities, unless otherwise directly specified in a specific case.

The courier is entitled to use the atasuai platform solely for the purpose of participating in the process of accepting, fulfilling, and delivering orders.

The platform does not guarantee the number, timing, or geographical scope of orders offered to the courier. The courier has the right to accept or decline the offered order at their discretion.

atasuai reserves the right to update, improve, or change the functionality, services, and operational logic of the platform without prior notice due to technical necessity or temporarily restrict them.

atasuai does not provide an absolute guarantee for the platform's continuous or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical malfunctions, scheduled updates, or actions of third parties.

The courier understands and accepts that the information and services offered through the platform are of a technical nature and may be subject to change or update.

This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Monetary settlements, payment receipt procedures, responsibility for orders, dispute resolution, personal data processing, and other conditions are individually regulated by the relevant policies and rules published on the atasuai platform and are an integral part of this Agreement.

atasuai has the right to unilaterally amend or supplement this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the platform, and the courier is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
