This Agreement establishes the terms for accessing and using the atasuai platform as a reseller. The reseller confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement by registering on the platform, selecting products available for sale, participating in the sales process, or continuing to use the platform.

The reseller understands and accepts that they are not the owner of the products and are not responsible for the quality, characteristics, delivery, or storage of the products. atasuai acts as an information-technology intermediary within the platform framework.

The reseller is entitled to use the goods offered for sale through the atasuai market only within the functionality provided by the platform.

The reseller is not entitled to independently set or change the price, description, delivery terms, return procedures of the goods, as well as the Zharmaq or bonus systems.

Atasuai is entitled to change, supplement, or restrict the functionality, services, and operating logic of the platform without prior notice.

This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Payments, calculation and transfer of remuneration, refunds, dispute resolution, and personal data processing procedures are individually regulated by the relevant policies and rules published on the atasuai platform and are an integral part of this Agreement.

atasuai has the right to unilaterally change or supplement this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the platform, and the reseller is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
