By registering as a seller on the atasuai platform, publishing products, accepting orders, or continuing to use the platform, the seller confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
atasuai processes the seller's personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection," the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other applicable regulatory legal acts.
atasuai may process the following personal data related to the seller: registration data about an individual or legal entity (name or title, IIN/BIN), legal and actual address, data of responsible persons, contact details (phone number, email), information about goods, compliance certificates and other permit documents, information related to orders, payments, returns, and disputes, as well as history of actions on the platform and technical data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser data, cookies).
atasuai does not directly collect and store the seller's bank card data. The funds belonging to the seller are credited to the internal balance on the atasuai platform and are transferred in accordance with the payment method chosen through the interfaces of authorized payment providers at the seller's initiative.
The seller's personal data is processed for the purpose of registering and identifying the seller on the platform, organizing purchase and sale operations, processing orders, accounting for and transferring payments, conducting accounting and tax reporting, verifying the legality and compliance of goods, ensuring the security of the platform, and fulfilling the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
atasuai does not transfer the seller's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and when there is a need to transfer it to payment providers, logistics, and IT partners for the purpose of processing payments, organizing delivery, and providing technical services. Such data is transferred only to the necessary extent and with appropriate protective measures in place.
The seller has the right to access, update, or correct their personal data. The seller has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, however, this may lead to the closure of the account on the atasuai platform and the termination of services to the seller.
atasuai applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the seller's personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons within the scope of official necessity.
The seller's personal data is stored for the period necessary to provide platform services and within the mandatory retention periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for accounting, tax, and other purposes.
atasuai reserves the right to unilaterally change or supplement this Privacy Policy. The new version of the document comes into effect from the moment it is published on the atasuai website, and the seller is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
