Point is not a payment tool for the seller and is not exchanged for cash by the seller. Point is used only as a partial payment option offered to users within the internal functionality of the atasuai platform.

The seller independently determines the share allowed to be paid via Point for each product. This share is defined as 0%, 3%, 5%, or 7% and is indicated on the product card.

If the seller sets a rate of 0%, the option to use Point for the respective product is not provided. If a rate of 3%, 5%, or 7% is set, the user is entitled to pay the corresponding portion of the product's cost via Point.

The amount paid through Point is not reimbursed to the seller in cash and is not transferred to the seller's benefit. Payments transferred to the seller are made only based on the amount paid in cash by the user.

Internal settlements arising from the use of Points are carried out in accordance with the internal rules of the atasuai platform.

atasuai is not responsible for the conditions of use of Point set by the seller, as well as the seller's commercial decisions related to the use of Point.

atasuai has the right to unilaterally change the rules, amounts, and conditions of the use of the Point system or to completely terminate the system.
