Point is an internal virtual accounting unit used on the atasuai platform and is introduced to encourage users to log in daily and engage in active actions on the platform.

Point is not cash, electronic money, securities, or any other payment instrument, does not grant any claim rights, cannot be transferred to third parties, and is not used outside the atasuai platform.

The user's Point balance is displayed in the atasuai application and is of an informational nature. The amount of Point is calculated based on the user's activities on the platform.

The User may earn Points by performing certain actions on the atasuai platform. Such actions include, but are not limited to, daily login to the atasuai application, performing active actions provided for by the platform, as well as inviting new users through a personal referral link.

The number of Points awarded for each new user registered via a personal referral link is calculated in accordance with the conditions established by atasuai. The rules for calculating Points, their amount, and the frequency of accrual may be changed by atasuai at its discretion.

Points are accrued only for actions that are actually performed and confirmed by the platform. Points are not awarded for artificial, false, fraudulent, or non-compliant actions.

The User may use Points as a partial means of payment when purchasing a product, provided that the respective Seller has enabled such an option for the product.

For each product, the Seller independently determines the allowable share of payment using Points, which may be set at 0%, 3%, 5%, or 7% of the product price. If the Seller sets the rate at 0%, the option to use Points for the relevant product shall not be available.

The User pays the portion of the product price determined by the Seller using Points, while the remaining portion of the price is paid using available cash or cashless payment methods.

Each calculated Point must be used within 12 months from the date of calculation.

After the specified period expires, unused Points are automatically deleted and are not subject to restoration or compensation.

Previously calculated Points for a returned product are reversed.

If a product was paid for using Points, the refund is carried out as follows:
the portion paid in cash is refunded in cash, and the portion paid using Points is refunded in Points.

If the Points have expired at the time of return, such Points are not subject to restoration.

If the User deletes their account on the atasuai platform, all accumulated Points are automatically deleted and cannot be restored.

After account deletion, no claims related to Points shall be accepted.

In the event of misuse of the Point system, including but not limited to selling, transferring, or exchanging Points, accumulating Points through artificial or fraudulent actions, or circumventing the system through the use of multiple accounts, atasuai has the right to delete the Point balance, restrict the use of Points, and apply temporary or permanent restrictions to the User’s account.

atasuai reserves the right to unilaterally modify, temporarily suspend, or completely terminate the rules, calculation method, and procedure for using the Point system at any time.

Matters not regulated by this section shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
