By registering as a courier on the atasuai platform, accepting orders, or performing delivery services, the courier confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
atasuai processes the courier's personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection," the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other applicable regulatory legal acts.
atasuai may process the following personal data related to the courier: name, contact details (phone number, email), identity verification data, vehicle information, order-related information, delivery routes and statuses, activity history on the platform, as well as technical data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser data, geolocation, and cookies).
atasuai does not directly collect or store the courier's bank card data. The monetary funds payable to the courier are calculated through the balance formed on the platform and are transferred according to the payment method chosen by the courier via the interfaces of authorized payment providers.
The courier's personal data is processed for the purposes of accepting and delivering orders, planning routes, monitoring delivery progress, conducting settlements, ensuring the security of the platform, preventing fraud, and complying with the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
atasuai does not transfer the courier's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as when it becomes necessary to transfer for payment processing and technical maintenance to payment providers and IT partners. Such data is transferred only to the necessary extent and with appropriate protective measures in place.
The courier has the right to access, update, or correct information about their personal data. The courier has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, however, this may lead to the closure of the account on the atasuai platform and the suspension of the ability to provide delivery services.
atasuai applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the courier's personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons within the scope of official necessity.
The courier's personal data is stored for the period necessary to provide the platform's services and within the mandatory retention periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for accounting, tax, and other purposes.
atasuai reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement this Privacy Policy. The new version of the document comes into effect from the moment it is published on the atasuai website, and the courier is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
