By registering on the atasuai platform, using the account, or conducting sales as a reseller, the reseller confirms full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

atasuai processes the reseller's personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection," the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other applicable regulatory legal acts.

atasuai may process the following personal data related to the reseller: account details, full name or username, contact details (phone number, email), information related to sales, data on calculated profit share, activity history on the platform, as well as technical data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser data, cookies, and similar technologies).

atasuai does not directly collect or store the reseller's bank card or personal bank account data. Monetary settlements are carried out through payment systems and banking partners in accordance with the procedures established on the platform.

The reseller's personal data is processed for the purpose of registering and identifying the reseller on the platform, accounting for sales, calculating and paying rewards, ensuring the secure operation of the platform, preventing fraudulent activities, as well as complying with the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

atasuai does not transfer the reseller's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and when there is a need to transfer to payment providers for processing payments and to IT partners for technical maintenance purposes. Such data is transferred only to the necessary extent and with appropriate protective measures in place.

The reseller has the right to obtain information about their personal data, update or correct them. The reseller has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, but this may lead to the closure of the account on the atasuai platform and the cessation of services to the reseller.

atasuai applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the reseller's personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons within the scope of official necessity.

The reseller's personal data is stored for the period necessary to provide platform services and within the mandatory retention periods for accounting, tax, and other purposes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

atasuai reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement this Privacy Policy. The new version of the document comes into effect from the moment it is published on the atasuai website, and the reseller is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with its current version.
