During cooperation with the atasuai platform, the partner is obliged to comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as all rules, policies, and conditions published on the platform.

The partner is obliged not to engage in actions that damage the business reputation of the atasuai platform, mislead users, or violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

The partner is not entitled to act on behalf of the atasuai platform, assume obligations for the platform, or represent the platform's interests before third parties, unless directly agreed in writing.

The partner is not entitled to make independent decisions, assume obligations, or represent the interests of the atasuai platform before third parties unless this is directly stipulated in a written agreement.

atasuai is not responsible for the partner's activities, products, or services provided and acts as an information-technology partner.

This section is an integral part of the public terms of the atasuai platform and is applied in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

atasuai reserves the right to unilaterally update or supplement the partnership terms. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
