. Rights and obligations of the platform
1.1. The platform atasuai.com is obligated to ensure operational capability, except for technical breaks.
1.2. The platform is obligated to process the User's personal data in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.3. The platform has the right to suspend or terminate services to the User in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The platform has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement and will inform Users by posting the new edition on the site.
1.5. The platform is obligated to timely transfer funds received from the User to the Seller after deducting the agency fee.
1.6. The platform is obligated to coordinate the process of returning Goods and inform the User about the status of the return application processing.

. User rights and responsibilities
2.1. The User is obliged to provide truthful information during registration and Order processing.
2.2. The User is obliged to make timely payment for the Goods.
2.3. The User is obliged to comply with the rules of using the Platform and not to engage in actions that violate the rights of third parties or the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.4. The User has the right to receive information about the status of the Order and delivery conditions.
2.5. The User has the right to return or exchange the Goods in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.
2.6. The User is obliged to properly package the Goods during return and ensure their preservation during transportation.

. Responsibilities of the Parties
3.1. The Platform provides the User with only the technical capability to post information about the Sellers' Goods and to process orders. The Platform is not a party to the goods purchase and sale agreement and is not responsible for the quality, safety, and compliance of the Goods with the stated specifications. All responsibility for the Goods lies with the Seller.
3.2. The Platform is not responsible for the actions of third parties (delivery services), including delays in delivery, loss of Goods, or damage during transportation.
3.3. The Platform is not responsible for the User's losses resulting from technical failures, actions of third parties, or force majeure circumstances.
3.4. The Platform is responsible for the safekeeping of the User's funds until they are transferred to the Seller as payment.
3.5. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and the timely execution of payment.
3.6. In the event of a breach of the terms of this Agreement by the User, the Platform has the right to block their account and/or recover damages.
3.7. The User is responsible for the preservation of the Goods during return and is obliged to package them properly.
