Delivery Policy

This section defines the terms, procedures, and features of the delivery of Goods purchased by Users on the atasuai.com Platform. The section establishes the rules of interaction between the User, the Seller, the Platform, and delivery services, as well as regulates issues regarding delivery times, the responsibilities of the parties, inspection of the Goods upon receipt, and the transfer of risks. This section is mandatory for all Users and Sellers of the Platform and applies to all Orders placed through atasuai.com.

.  Terms of delivery

1.1. The delivery of goods is carried out by third parties (delivery services), with whom the Platform interacts as the Seller's agent.
1.2. Delivery times depend on the Seller's location, the delivery address, and the chosen delivery method. Approximate delivery times are indicated when placing the Order.
1.3. The User is obliged to accurately specify the delivery address and contact details. The Platform is not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect information provided by the User.
1.4. Upon receiving the goods, the User must check the integrity of the packaging and the compliance of the Goods with the Order in the presence of the delivery service representative.
1.5. In case the User refuses to accept the Goods, the return delivery costs are borne by the User, unless otherwise provided by law.
1.6. The Platform provides the User with information about the delivery status through the personal account, via messages to the number specified during registration, or via email.
1.7. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the User from the moment the Goods are actually handed over to the User.
